Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to charge the card entered a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If charge does not go through, you will have an outstanding balance that must be paid to be allowed to book again. Late/No Show: All appointments are time-based. Your session begins exactly at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will proceed with the remaining time in your block to ensure the next client is not delayed. Guests: Guests are limited, please let us know before your appointment if a guest will accompany you at the time of your service. Payment Policy: Acceptable forms of payment: cash, zelle, cashapp, or apple cash. No refunds offered, if there are any issues within the first 72 hours a free touch up or removal will be offered. This only applies if correct aftercare has been followed. Lash Infills: At least 50% of lash extensions have to be present to be considered a fill in. Please keep this in mind when booking a lash fill.
